Girard Perregaux R&D 01 Silverstone 1951 Limited

Presenting the Girard Perregaux R&D 01 Chronograph in steel. This is a very rare version with a silver dial and red accents. It is a limited edition piece made to only 60 pieces. The Silverstone 1951 Edition has a race car on the case back and the alligator strap has red contrast stitching. The watch is in excellent overall condition with some light marks own the case from light use. There are no significant dings on the case and the edges are still very crisp and sharp. This is a very nice example. The watch comes in the GP orange box set with all manuals and our 90 day warranty (no card). This watch had a retail price in 2012 of over $14,000 making this a ridiculous buy in todays watch market, especially for a manufactured watch made in house. The watch is keeping time within cost specs on our timing machine and all functions as they should. As always, we will consider buying your watch to help offset the purchase of ours.
