Glashutte is regarded as one of the finest watch making companies and this watch is very legible with a ton of complication. The grand date is bold and easy to read, the moon phase is subtle between 7:00-8:00. The leap year is a red dot Under the logo at 12:00 and the month and day are 2:00 and 10:00 and very subtle with a window system making the watch very uncluttered and easy to read. Glashutte has always been one of the best for the money and this watch had a retail price of $20,000 on the steel bracelet, which is arguably one of the very best on the market with an amazing fit and finish, a remarkable fine adjustment that was years ahead of everyone else in the clasp and no stretch at all, very tight in both design and wear over time. The watch comes with everything you would expect and then some. The Glashutte pusher, the Manual, the back page, which is the warranty, is stamped but open and undated, and the hang tag and polishing cloth. the only thing not included is the loop which has been replaced with the Glashutte pouch for the extra links, which are all there which will allow the watch to fit up to an 8" wrist. the watch has been recently serviced as the Amplitude is excellent and is keeping time with 2 sec/day on our timing machine. With the crazy prices of Rolex sport models with almost no complication, you can own this...As always, we will consider buying your watch to help offset the purchase of ours.
